Craniosacral Therapy

At the beginning of the 20th century, Craniosacral Therapy was established by American osteopath Dr. William Sutherland. Dr. John Upledger later developed the therapy’s scientific foundation.

The body’s vital force, its vital essence, is a colorless liquid produced in the brain, called cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The movement of the circulation of CSF is directly connected to the body’s nervous system, its connective tissue, and its organs.

A very soft and “receptive” touch activates our bodies’ self-healing capabilities. It can offer diagnostic and therapeutic information, and release blockages in the CSF.

You can potentially experience an exceptional state of ease, release of pain, and healing.

Craniosacral therapy can be helpful in cases of:

  • back pain
  • neck pain
  • hip problems
  • offering pre-op and post-op support
  • hormonal imbalances
  • depression
  • immune system illnesses
  • stress-related disorders
  • learning difficulties
  • lack of concentration
